2023年(R5年)の受験ですが、不合格理由に「問題２が47.5％で」とありましたが、問題２は20問なので均等割の配点だと１問あたり５％になります。
問題によって配点割合が違うってことなのでしょうか。

たしかに正答率は5％刻みになるはずですね。
(問2の配点に重みがあるなどとは聞いたことがありません。)
システムエラーが考えられなくはない事例と思いますので協会に問合せした方が良いと思います。
回答があれば内容を教えて頂けると嬉しいです。

今年も受験を考えており、受験対策を練るにあたり問題２が問題1や３だと
論文の練り直しなど自分の弱点を知るうえでも、もし誤記載であれば教えていただきたいと思ったのですが・・・

問題Ⅳでも５％刻みでないということは、やはり択一式の配点割合が問題によって違うということなのでしょうか。
正答率の解釈が違うってことなのでしょうか。
その程度の説明はあってもとは思いますよね。

APECさんの説明にあるように、Ⅳ-1は0.5点×20問の10点満点、Ⅳ-2は1点×10問の10点満点、計20点満点と推定されています。
例：Ⅳ-1（正答5問×0.5=2.5）、Ⅳ-2（正答5問×1=5.0）、計7.5点、正答率7.5/20=37.5％
